Angelique

I shot Angelique on two occasions; once when I first met her as a very young woman, and later as a more mature less-young woman. I wanted the first set of images to show the contrast between a smartly dressed insouciant woman and the detritus of an abandoned industrial slum. It is good theatre. The second shot is my favourite of her, six years later, displaying her now trademark allure. She is a photographer’s dream.
