Ogden Point Breakwater
Black and WhiteOgden Point in Victoria, BC, is the international cruise ship dock for visitors on their way from the lower 48 United States to Alaska. The breakwater is a quarter mile strip jutting out into the Strait of Juan de Fuca and has a marine park on one side and a sheltered pilot boat centre on the other. It can be a lonely spot, especially in winter, as the winds from the ocean rip across the grey concrete. As it was when I took this. Camera: Canon AE 1. Film: Ilford FP4 Plus.
