Ogden Point in Victoria, BC, is the international cruise ship dock for visitors on their way from the lower 48 United States to Alaska.  The breakwater is a quarter mile strip  jutting out into the Strait of Juan de Fuca and has a marine park on one side and a sheltered pilot boat centre on the other.  It can be a lonely spot, especially in winter, as the winds from the ocean rip across the grey concrete.  As it was when I took this.  Camera:  Canon AE 1.  Film: Ilford FP4 Plus.  CA: 12-01-04 Edition of 10.
